Our property renovations department manages all full scope rehabilitation project repair work. This work is completed in both vacant and tenant occupied properties. We provide uniform, professionally-assembled scopes of work that allow our clients to more efficiently administer their property renovation process by utilizing a consistent bid and forecast approach. We also work to establish controlled unit pricing which allows our clients to establish cost controls and better manage repair budgets. The work that is completed is appropriately permitted and properly done by us or qualified contractors.
